JUDGES

As you register, you identify which divisions you are eligible to judge. For EVERY judging option, you must bring enthusiasm and a sincere desire to encourage middle and high school students.

For most Terra Fairs, you complete general online training in advance. YOUR FAIR will inform you as to the time
commitment on the Judging Days themselves. The fair provides coffee, lunch, on-site training, experienced team captains, and secure space for deliberations.

Qualifications

• Senior Research and Engineering Design: College degree in a STEM field or education, 10 years professional STEM experience, or journeyman’s status
• Junior Research and Topic Presentations: High school diploma
• Special Awards: Interest in STEM (an appropriate division for High School Science Honor Society members) and other people who care.
